U.S. Shipping International Shipping Processing Delays/Damage

  • Free Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.
  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Typical transit time: 3–7 business days via USPS/UPS/FedEx.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

🌎 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide so our natural creations can reach you wherever you are.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier.
  • Estimated Delivery: typically 7–21 business days (varies by region and customs).
  • Tracking: included where available; updates may appear after export scan.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs fees (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility and are charged by your local authority. We do not control these costs or potential customs delays.

🕓 Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are handcrafted and shipped from North Carolina, USA.
  • Processing time: 2–4 business days (may extend during launches/holidays).
  • If an item is on backorder or delayed, we’ll notify you by email.

💌 Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office.
  • For damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
