🏠 Domestic (U.S.) Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.
  • To initiate a return, email nurished.nitche@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • A prepaid return label may be provided and the cost deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.

🌎 International Returns

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duties.
  • Refunds are issued once the product is received in unused, unopened condition.
  • We cannot refund shipping fees, customs, or import taxes charged by your country.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
